THINGS TO DO WHEN YOU WAKE UP IN THE MORNING.

Good Early Morning Everyone!.. This is my very first post on this blog, I would be posting on Everything about human lifes and I hope you learn something and put them into practice.. The stuffs I would be posting are stuffs I do myself..many of us must be asleep now especially Africans it's 4:47am here now I don't know for sure in other worlds.Well we all sleep at night, some might even find it difficult to which might cause them to sleep late at night and might affect their morning activities wehn they wake up late just like me 😂 😂 I sleep late and I wake up late,, hmmm I guess that's fair enough but it's not cool especially if you have important things to do the following morning I only do late night sleep sometimes only because I have no where to go the following day or probably I don't have something so important to do the morning... Late night sleep isn't adviceable cause your brain and your body system won't be resting which they should after much work during the day.. Let get down on it.. 

 So now I would like you guys to know.. "THE VERY FIRST IMMEDIATE THINGS TO DO AFTER GETTING UP FROM YOUR BED"..I hope you guys are following, Y'all should put this into practice drom now when and even start today as some of you are now asleep.. THINGS TO DO 👇

1. REMOVE THE DIRT HANGING AROUND YOUR EYES 👀 : Each time I wake up in the morning one of the stuff I do is remove the direct on my eyes they seem to be thick dirts on our eyes each time we sleep sometimes in form of wax. So when you wake up in the morning use a clean wipe/ handkerchief to remove the dirt from your eyes..

2. PRAY : Another thing is to pray yeah trust me you need to, you to let God know you are grateful of keeping you alive to see another beautiful day, your prayers can probably be a short one (recommended for those that have very important things to do early morning), pray to God thanking him of letting you see another day, sparing your kids and soul mate if you have one let's just say your family we all have families..

3. PUT ON CLOTHES : Yes ofcos you definitely slept with clothes on but what kind, you need clothes that would make you do your hone chores freely and clothes that would cover the sexual sensitive parts of your body for the men and women, most of us love to sleep half naked probably sleeping with bra and pant for the ladies and for guys our boxer shorts and even some go as far as sleeping naked we all have our differences.. You don't wanna make your kids, family or whoever you living with see your body not cool,, to do that live only you kind of escape this part but you should put it in mind cause you will someday live with someone your choice or not it will happen someday and forever.

4. GO TO YOUR LOVED ONES: Another thing is go to your lived ones to know how the feel that morning and exchange greettings, hugs. Ask them how they feel this morning, tell them you love them and you guys should probably pray together, they should follows this steps right from step one as well.. 

5. DRINK WATER Or COFFEE : Pretty funny isn't it?.. Water is a liquid substance that's very essential for every life (humans, animals, plants and Aliens (if they happen to exist). It's tasteless, odorless, and nearly colorless chemical.. Drinking water early in the morning just after getting up from bed helps upright the body systems.You should try drinking coffee as well rich people do this alot it gives nutrient to your body system. 

6. EXERCISE/GYM/HOME CHORES : Just after that, you should engage yourself in exercises, probably gym and do some home chores it's all helps stimulate the human body. Do stuffs like stretching your arms, squatting, running and bending.. Home chores are also exercise you when you clean your home, the dishes arrange your rooms you are stimulate your body.. 

7. PREPARE YOUR MORNING MEAL : Pls never hesitate or forget to eat good food in the morning remember it's your first meal and presentation to your body for that day it should be warm and healthy.. You should eat meals like Bread and Tea, Coffee, Rice (your taste of rice) and other not too heavy foods.. These are examples for Nigerians for other countries eat meals that are light probably tea. 

8. PREPARE FOR YOUR DAY : yeah after that, you should definitely take your bath and brush your teeth after STEP 5. Now prepare for your day, you are probably going to work, school or whatever it is you want to do that morning you have to prepare for it.. Dress well, do proper make ups for the girls and ensure to check yourself in the mirror before heading out.
